Best hot dogs in the area and I've tried most of the hot dog stands in the area, surprised me a place down the street with terrible dogs got invited to the hot dog hall of fame or something like that. Love the little yellow building, right by the best bowling alley in the area as well. I always get the 2 hot dog meal but have been wanting to try the gyros and burgers as well. Staff is always friendly, great place.
Do not be fooled by the unassuming exterior, the Dog House is a hidden gem of a drive-through restaurant. They specialize in hot dogs, burgers, and other tasty options. The food is fantastic, tasty, and served with a smile at a fast pace. They also offer Italian ice with all the classic Chicago flavors. You can't go wrong with this place.
My family and I have been coming to Jimmy's doghouse since he opened several years ago. While my son loves his corn dogs, my wife and I are in love with his gyros! Best tzatziki sauce around with a hint of sweetness. Always fast service and you can even call ahead and he'll have it ready at the to go drive thru window.
A little shack on the side of the road? Truly the most delicious dogs? Sign me up! Something about their onion rings is unmatched. Hot dogs are great (great quality and not dried out). GREAT hotdog. You can tell this place does it right and doesn’t take shortcuts. Hot dog had a good snap and bun wasn’t soggy. Honestly would rather have this hotdog over portillos.
Best tasting hot dog I ever had, never expected a place so small to be so delicious. Definitely coming back daily here.
