pizza is perhaps one of my favorite foods and I would like to offer all the options that baltimore has when it comes to pizza. I have heard many great things about joe benny’s in little italy. her pizza is different from some of the others I had. instead of a traditional triangular disc, the pizza is called focaccia, it is thick and diligent, similar to a Sicilian disc. Fantastic. I travel to Baltimore a couple times a year, first found Joe Benny's the weekend of the Preakness. We stopped in town for my son's engagement. Joe has it all. Best food, a chef who cares Joe) and a menu that gives you want you want, nothing real heavy and it is all sooo good. Just went back last week and Joe was working the food again and it was fantastic.

12/10 spot. we went to the first time last week (5 minutes before closing like a few A-holes, but joe was more than ready to put us anyway) legendary Focaccia-Pies, crazy meatball sauce, one of the best Italians I ever had, ice cold beer and great talks with the chef/owner while cooking right behind theke. we will definitely come back. Thank you.

hands down the best restaurant that I was travelling in my! has the small town in a big city interacting with the owner and making amazing food! the personal was also amazing and would highly recommend to go this on the top of their list of places!
