The first thing I noticed was the amazing aroma coming from the package. I grinded the beans in my burr grinder and began brewing with my Chemex. The grounds bloomed more than I have ever seen, so I knew these beans were fresh. The coffee was smooth and flavorful. My wife and I could not have been happier. Fast delivery and great packaging. Fantastic, fresh, and roasted perfectly. I bought the starter pack, which is 3 different types of coffee so that I could test each and see what I like most. I loved them all. I tried each using three different methods: espresso machine, french press, and a regular coffee pot. Each turned out nicely (though I personally am a fan of the french press).
