This is the best place to get Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese Custard Tart) in New York City. I found out about this place cuz my friend specifically requested me to bring their pasteis de nata to Boston last weekend. After I tasted theirit, I wished I knew about this place earlier. The service is amazing, and the lady at the shop is super friendly. If you are in Essex Market, or near any other locations, definitely give it try.

Amazing flavors, great taste and even better than found in my hometown. I love when they visit the local feasts and festivals here in MA. We load up the freezer to continue to indulge for months. I think its time for a MA location.
I grew up enjoying Cantonese egg tarts and have tried many in Hong Kong and Macau. These are truly on another level. If you have any appreciation for good food, don't bother going to Chinatown!
The service was super good, and the lady was really accommodating our inquiries and her service was amazing. However, the egg tart wasn’t to me the best, as I had much better than this one.
