A friend and myself decided to check this place out on a Tuesday night after work. Wasn't an event night nor was it overly busy for a chain restaurant. We decided to sit at the bar, we were greeted after about a 10 minute wait and offered some food menus.We ordered a couple beers on tap, took about 8 minutes for them to come out. Maybe a keg was being replaced or switched, we weren't in a rush. When the beer did come out though, it wasn't very cold. We let our bartender know, and she was great in letting us have something else instead, as she agreed that the beer wasn't as cold as it should be.Soon after, a young gentlemen approached and introduced himself as the manager. This was our first visit to Joey Bell Tower. I came with my husband and 16 month old baby to celebrate Father's Day with a drink and snacks. Loved the first impression received from the look of the restaurant itself - just beautiful! We sat in the room that was patio-esque with windows open along the two sides.A big thank you to Brendan for providing an exceptional, professional and friendly experience. My sister and I were visiting from New Brunswick... after having just left another restaurant disappointed by the wait staff we happened upon Joeys- Bell Tower. I can't say enough about the great vibe, super food/drinks ... and most importantly the staff. Our waitress was stellar and the bar manager Justin Pederson goes above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable evening from start to finish. I hope Joey's knows what a gem they have found in Justin! I travel frequently and dine out all over the country... this guy has what it takes... great job! We went in on an event night, rather late (6pm), there was a 40 minute wait, however we decided to have a drink and wait. Hostesses were pleasant, as were all the staff we encountered.We were seated after a 30 minute wait, our server asked if we were going to the event, and made sure we were looked after promptly. The food was amazing, and everything that we saw go by looked amazing. Great place to eat before going to Rogers Center, if you know your going maybe make a reservation. I'll be back for sure. We visited this restaurant on Saturday evening prior to an event at Rogers Place. It was our first time to this Joeys location, and the restaurant is actually quiet beautiful and has a terrific vibe. However we had a bit of an issue regarding a food allergy, which was well handled and the staff and management all reacted very professionally and proactively and rectified the situation immediately. The food was tasty and the service was prompt and courteous. We will be back!
Joey has the best atmosphere that goes along with a great menu that ranges from tapas to steaks. This coupled with the great service allows you to go more often than you would a normal restaurant you eventually get tired of. Great location with in minutes of the Rogers Centre.
My wife's chicken was excellent. I made a mistake of ordering a steak. After sending the first one back, the second one was better but I still couldn't eat it all. Too tough to chew. Would never order a steak here again.

Good food served by personable and attractive wait staff. Not the most amazing food in the world, but decent enough with an interesting and varied menu. ingredients always seem to be fresh.
