Went here for a birthday dinner last night at 6:30 expecting decent service for the amount charged for food drinks and was disappointed with the lack attentiveness when it came to our server (and the multiple other workers who came to our table during service). We were sat at a table that was not adequate for the amount of guests in our reservation. One of the workers (not our server) assumed we we were done with our appetizer and promptly took it away, we had to ask for water and cutlery multiple times. Our server did not come by very frequently and was nowhere to be seen at most times which made it harder to try and get her attention. We had stated in our reservation notes, as well as upon...
Had a great experience tonight! We couldn't get a table for 6 in the lounge, so we landed at the bar and had plans to move to a table. The bartender Damien was so good, we decided not to move and stay in the bar! He made us amazing cocktails, delicious shots, had great recommendations for wine couples. If Damien is behind the bar, I would recommend sitting there!
Wonderful food, excellent wine (especially the NZ Saigon blanc), and the best restaurant service I've seen in a long time! I am here in Edmonton for sad reasons and they staff took great care and concern way above what was required. We will be back!
Food is delicious. They have an amazing menu for happy which is from 3-6 hours. All staff were staying safe! Food didn’t take long at all. There crispy mash patatoes are to die for!!!!
