I calmly called the restaurant to alert them that my order was incorrect. The lady I spoke with started to spass out and completely refuse accountability for the wrong order. She had the nerve to curse me then hung up on me. Just overall poor customer negligence. I asked for management and she mentioned he's not here. Then mentioned that he will back her up. Just absolutely disappointing after being a loyal customer for quite sometime. I would go for a half of star if it was possible
Joey's pizza is great it's not over priced you can dine in pick it up or have a delivery whatever your voice I'm going to say you will be satisfied. The only downfall is on Friday or Saturday nights the Belvedere Bar and pool is going pretty good and parking is a little scarce I was there around 8:00 pm had to park across Mendocino Ave and cross 4 lanes of traffic if not for that it would have been perfect
I ordered countless times from Joey. You have great pizza and salads as well as great chicken wings. My favorite pizza is the combination. The Hawaiian can sometimes be too salty for me, but I literally don't salt anything. My partner loves the Hawaiian. They never got an order wrong and their waiting times are quite on the point. Definitely worth a try if you don't.
I was stupid one night and ordered my food as taking when I called the owner, he not only changed it to delivery, but delivered it himself. He was so worried that it wasn't fresh, but it was still warm and very tasty. It was the most amazing customer service I've seen for a long time. He went beyond and beyond!!! I hope the food is really good because there are always wait times of like 15-25mins. Been here 3 times and dread it for that reason. The workers always seem way busier than they can handle and usually have high strung attitudes when just telling them who you are picking up for
Incredible pizza! I was in the mood for some pizza the other night and decided to check out Joey's... I was not let down! The crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce was absolutely delicious! I loved it! I'll definitely be returning!
The most incredible vintage home converted into a unique dining experience that was truly a night I'll never forget. Good food, good staff, I can whole heartedley recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful evening.
