Joffrey's Coffee Tea Company

Noticed the shop while walking around Disney Springs. I occasionally buy this brand coffee at my local grocery store so decided to stop in to see what they had available. Saw the Little Mermaid style coffee so decided to purchase two bags. One for me to take home and another for my sister. There were only two gentleman working so it took a while for me to purchase my two bags of coffee. The staff was friendly and very busy trying to fulfill everyone's order.The pictures listed are from when I returned home.

I stayed at disney’s hotel for 7 days, every morning i was shown exceptional customer service. The person on register even remembered my entire family’s regulars by the 3rd day, to show my gratitude i tried to give them a cash tip on the last day. To my surprise Joffreys only accepts digital tips, not cash. How unreasonable.Food: 2/5

Is this even coffee??? Wife and I are staying at a Disney resort that has Joffreys coffee, we came here convinced the shop would make it better. Nope it's all awful- terribly weak. Not a huge fan of Starbucks but I'd recommend it at Disney springs.

Some reviews said Joffrey's Coffee Tea Companyin Downtown Disney has really good coffee so I had to check it out. People were right! I wish I lived near here. If you are in the area and you appreciate quality coffee, you need to stop by!

Lovely employees. Wanted a not too sweet cool afternoon treat and the hostess suggested a Lions Latte with light sugar. loved it!! So refreshing and delicious. Hit the spot on a hot day!Food: 5/5
