That was my first visit to Johnny O's. It seems that Johnny O's Cafe is a hidden gem here in Rancho Cucamonga. You have to put it on your list to try. I came here because it's very close to me. I'm very happy because this will be my breakfast / lunch restaurant. I had the Western Cheeseburger. Let me tell you that Burger was almost better than Grotten. The burgers come with 2 patties, onion ring, BBQ sauce and circumcisions. The pastes were cooked for perfection. Hot juicy. The pommes were crispy and hot. That was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I couldn't stop eating. And believe me, it wasn't for a lack of attempt... The staff welcomes you when you enter. The greeting was warm and...
I wanted to say stay away but I won't. I wanted a shorter wait to get a table! So, go! Just be patient until it's your turn to be seated. This is a cute but tiny (I counted 12 tables) breakfast place. The food is amazing and portions are generous.Breakfast standouts are the biscuits and the pancakes. I had a veggie omelet that was crammed with veggies. My friend ravedabout her corned beef hash. One of the wonderful things about this place is the teamwork among the staff. Everyone clearstables. Everyone sets tables. Everyone takes guests' orders. Everyone serves the food. It was beautiful to watch. I am not inthe area often, but if I am, I want breakfast at Johnnie O's.
In a perfect world every neighborhood would have a place like this. Was told upon arriving there was a 4 table wait. Anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes. Took about 20 and was promptly seated. Menu was simple. Ordered the food which took about 20 minutes to come. Every 5 minutes or less like clockwork someone was filling up coffee mugs at every table. The service and food was like if in n out decided to run a breakfast diner. I was most amazed at how well run and efficient the staff was. Waiting in the sun for 20 minutes was a small price to pay for this experience.

When exceptional food meets very personable service, you have the recipe for the best breakfast experience. Try the California breakfast sandwich for the freshest option ever. The potatoes are soft and grilled and so delicious. But the best part of all was Brian who manages and serves, making the entire visit a pleasure.
First stop reading. Get into your car and come to this breakfast place. It's the place. Denise and Jen are FABULOUS. The food can be the best breakfast I've ever seen. We'll come back every time we're in town. We can make the trip JUST for this place. Phenomena. The food network must meet this place.
Johnny O's Cafe is one of the best spots I've found for breakfast or lunch. The service is both excellent and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
