Delicious, generous Eggs Benedict, reasonably priced at $9.95, and an appropriately named 'Big Boy ' breakfast--so large that the bacon, 3 sausages and stack of toast had to arrive on a separate plate. Delicious sausages, with perfectly crisped skin. Fast service, super friendly. Can 't ask for much more in a diner. Only wish we 'd thought to ask for a smoked meat sandwich to go.
Just down from our hotel so we gave them a try for breakfast. Glad we did. It had a friendly local vibe as soon as we walked in. The waitress was great and had a bit of time to chat with us. The breakfast was excellent. Really good home fries and the breakfast sausage was the best. So good we returned a couple days later. Really, give this place a try.
I'd give it a 5 however I can only do that 2 ways. It would have to be free or someone else would have to buy my lunch. This place is great however I've only had one sandwich there which is great. I give the corned beef on rye 10 out of 10. Go there you won't be disappointed. If you are I will buy your lunch.
My wife and I stopped for lunch awhile back while in St. Catharines. We both had a delicious corned beef sandwich with fries and coleslaw. It was melt in your mouth good. It really wasn't all that expensive either. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back for another lunch!
One of our favs' really missed your breakfast offerings. We came in on the weekend, twice so-far and although we enjoyed our meal the senior waitress was not wearing a mask. A face shield alone is not adequate, face masks are required. Made my wife quite upset.. Please make a note. Thanks
Johnny pastrami is definitely best breakfast in the city .my husband and I order for takeout now .It never disappoints. Lovely little restaurant and service is always great .look forward to you opening up again .my husband just on way over for takeout as I'm writing this .
Visited from Michigan. The food was very good and the portions were large. The staff (and other customers) were very friendly and pointed is toward lots of things to do in the St Catharine's area!
Busy place at lunch. Rueben sandwich is stacked with meat! Super tender, super tasty! Satisfying portions at very reasonable prices. What a great place to visit for lunch!
Ordered smoked meat combo,found the meat to be super fatty,and really...frozen fries??? Left the container of fries there. Will not go back there
