Reservation through open table for our party of 4 was not recognized. Waited 20min for a table. Hostess sat us but we passed a square booth on the way. Asked if we could have the booth, she said yes but it just needed to be cleaned. She had it cleaned while we waited then another hostess sat a different party of 2 there. Little mix up. Sat at a round booth shortly after that. Food cold. Glazed pork was supposed to be medium but was well done and dry, however tasty. Trout special portion was small but the girls were content. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar Grill. Every time I or my friends visit, we receive excellent service. Tonight, I went with two friends and the food was amazing, cooked to perfection. On July 16, 2022, the food was hot and served on time, and our server was extremely polite. She went out of her way to accommodate my severe food allergy to a common spice, making sure my meal was prepared correctly. The staff always goes above and beyond to make changes to my order without any hassle or extra charge. I am extremely grateful for their extra effort and support. Chuck's Roadhouse was a great place to eat in. We visited while the restriction framework was in the Red Zone. There was a 25min wait but we had arrived at peak dinner time and happily sat in the car while waiting to be called . Time flew by! Upon entry, Chuck's has a large dining room with a great flow especially over by the fireplace and big windows. I noticed lots of patio tables outside clearly ready to be used in the summer season. last week we used a gift certificate for our date night, and we had a nice time. other then our amazing server that was so happy and bubbly there was nothing that weave. The new england clam chowder was watery and not much taste, no pieces of everything in it except what seemed to be 1 kartoffel. the caesar salad was good, and I liked the eggless dressing, it was tangy and full of taste, different, but it worked. the mustels that my man had were okay, the aromen were a little strange, but he said it was okay. his striploin steak was good, nothing special or amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my lunch at this restaurant. After being disappointed by the quality of food at another Chucks Roadhouse, I was a bit hesitant about this visit. However, I am happy to report that the food was delicious. I ordered a burger with fries and although it didn't come with the sauce I wanted, the staff had no problem accommodating my request. I usually don't eat the bun, but this time I enjoyed it so much that I ate the whole thing. The wine was also very good. caesar salat was unique, very good dressing we had 3 different steak cuts ordered on our table. the third coarsely overdue. when this was pointed out to the server, it was acknowledged and apologised for, reasonably replaced quickly and freely given desert. that's the one that's gone to deal with misery. desert baked cheesecake was excellent. overall will return and would recommend.
everything great except it was a 70th birthday and nothing was done. was asked if it was a special occasion when we were booked with open table and again when we were sitting. Why do they ask if they don't want to do anything? our server was great. we have only got the service rating down because of the above mentioned.
The restaurant was fantastic. We only ordered an appetizer as we were planning to enjoy plenty of draft beer. The loaded cheese fries paired perfectly with our drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive.
large selection of foods, both in appetizers and netzen, my first time there, but would definitely recommend.
