The service I received was by far the worst I've experienced in years. The server was rude, bitter, and unpleasant from the beginning. While chips are included with every meal, the fries come at an extra charge. However, our server misled us by saying, "Fries okay with your burger," suggesting they were included. It’s not just about the $2 charge; it’s the dishonesty in presenting it this way, as if she’s trying to inflate the bill to compensate for her poor service, hoping for a pity tip of 15%. As for the food, it was mediocre at best—far too expensive for very basic offerings. I don’t recall the server's name, but she was a middle-aged woman with a negative attitude.

I dined at this restaurant recently and found the atmosphere to be quite decent. However, the food fell short of my expectations, leading to a disappointing one-star rating. On a brighter note, the service was acceptable, earning a three-star rating. Overall, while the experience wasn't a total letdown, I don't anticipate returning for another meal in the near future.
I really appreciate being served a cold burger fries on my lunch break! Waitress offered to have it remade, I turned that offer down, why so she could bring me another cold 13 hamburger??? The server didn't mention that there would be an additional charge for fries. Instead of asking if we preferred chips or wanted to upgrade to fries for an extra cost, they just asked if we wanted fries. This isn't the best way to upsell to customers.
