I ordered brown rice with oxtail and some yellow plantains. The rice was decent, but the plantains tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, and the oxtail had way too much fat. I really wish they would trim some of that fat before serving it to customers. To top it off, I paid $18 for this plate and a can of soda, which I think is way overpriced.
I ordered food from the website and paid for two dishes, but when I arrived, I only received one. When I asked for the second dish, the server claimed I had only paid for one. She refused to give me my food, stating that I needed to pay the price she charges in-store, not the online price. I was very disappointed with the service.
Great service everytime I’ve gone. Love the food. My favorite is the Chaufa rice which is so good and pictured below. The shrimp salad is perfect with white rice and some fried plantains so tasty. I’ve also tried their mangu and it really hits the spot on a Sunday morning:)Parking: There is plenty of parking.
This is an absolutely wonderful place. Definitely try it here I tried a little bit of everything and it was worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and they?re always willing to help you. The restaurant offers authentic Dominican cuisine with a wide variety of options. The food is served buffet-style, making it easy to sample different dishes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and there is ample parking available.
The lunch food here is really good, but the downside is that they tend to overcharge. It can be quite pricey for just lunch. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking to treat yourself to something a bit better than typical fast food.
I absolutely love this place! The service is fantastic. I ordered the oxtails with pea rice, and it was simply amazing—truly the best! However, the empanadas didn’t quite meet my expectations.
