Just doesn't seem to be the same friendly service with a smile. I have seen most, not all but most waitresses, just kinda drop the food infront of customers and carry on. Yes they still come around with the pot of coffee, but again, no smiles and friendly looks. The food, I've had lousy lamb here especially when they are rushed, and other times it taste great. No telling what your are going to get day to day. I have had better at other restaurants in sarnia than Johns!
I go to johns frequently and we are always treated like family there! The eggs Benedict is my usual and most favourite dish there ! There's days where they are very busy but they manage very well. People can complain all they want but this establishment always gives 100% busy or dead. They need much more credit than they deserve for those busy days: if you love good food and great service always choose johns ! It's worth the wait .
Homemade meals ,specials everyday, also they put on special on holidays too,.. get staff , fast service. John's is also know for the best breakfast place never is the restaurant empty on breakfast time no what day it is ,sometimes it is alittle wait but not too long ..
Went for breakfast here and went with a group of 8. Seating was fast for a Sunday morning and the food was equally quick. Waitress was great. The place is famous for it's bacon, back bacon that is. I had the large omelette with jalapeños. Lots of food and good value. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant is great for breakfast and lunch. The food was good overall. I have a low sensitivity, but they do not have a dedicated toaster, so I decided to skip any bread.
I've never had slow service or bad food at this well known diner-style restaurant. Great Canadian bacon, eggs benedict, and waffles. Pickeral is local and fresh.

I was very full when I left! The omelette with salsa was amazing. Price is very affordable. Service is good. What more could you want!
