This Vietnamese restaurant has a charming, family-run atmosphere. It's primarily a fast-casual takeout spot, meaning there are no waitstaff; you simply order at a counter. At the front, there's a small covered area with outdoor seating, though space is limited. I recommend calling ahead to place your order to avoid any wait. Their banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese coffee are particularly popular, and the lemongrass pork and crispy pork over rice are also excellent choices!
This delightful little restaurant is perfectly situated next to the Caltrain station. Although the menu is not extensive, the food is absolutely delicious. We sampled the tofu sandwich and the tofu noodle bowl, and I can truly say they rank among the best meals I’ve had in ages. The vegetables were fresh and full of flavor, with the cilantro standing out as a favorite of mine. Don’t miss out on their Vietnamese coffee—it’s sure to provide a fantastic energy boost!

I moved out of state two years ago. I have to come back 3-4 times a year to Morgan Hill for work related things. Every time I come, the first thing I do is come to Jonty’s for the teriyaki tofu rice plate. No joke, I have dreams about this dish at night and wake up salivating. Great little place tucked away near the train tracks. Parking is easy, and there’s a couple benches nearby to wait after ordering.I ordered the lemongrass pork, and an order of shrimp spring rolls. Both items were tasty, the spring rolls were large and the peanut sauce was good, everything very fresh.

I ordered the steak sandwich for $13. The steak was cooked nicely, but it could have benefited from a bit more salt and seasoning. I also thought it was somewhat overpriced given the lack of amenities; there’s no indoor seating, no Wi-Fi, and no restrooms available.

I love little hole in the wall places like this. And this place is excellent. I had the pork Vietnamese sandwich and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.
