I was taken aback to find maggots, but ironically, I decided to share my thoughts here because I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years and have never encountered anything that would deter me from doing so. Have they been late? Yes. Have they messed up or missed an order a couple of times in those 15 years? Of course. However, the food has consistently been five-star quality for me, and the staff is incredibly warm and eager to make amends for any mistakes. They feel like family to me. I love their food, but even more, I appreciate their brand and the wonderful people who work there. The woman who took my order today was delightful. I highly recommend this place!

Have they been late , yes, have they missed or messed up a plate or two in 15 years of course , but the food has always been a 5 star for me and the people are so loving and willing to make up for their mistake ....they feel like family ...I love their food but most of all their brand the people that work their and the women who took my order today are just lovely ....so I highly recommend this place....
I was extremley disappointed when I placed an order while at the resturent. I ordered two orders of pork chops meaning a total of four pork chops should have been placed in my bag and orderd a quarter chicken. When I got I only two pork chops but was charged for two, and missing the chicken. When I called and spoke with the manager he said I call you back had someone else call me back and informed me that my entire order is still there to come back and get it. They did not even make an effort to make a unhappy customer happy! I will never go here again.
If you order a meal from here and you're not Spanish, forget it! You'll get a plate full of rice and just a small portion of the entrée you ordered. However, my Spanish friends who have visited this place don’t have the same issue; they receive proper portions and are charged for the full entrée. I don’t think I’ll be spending my money here anymore because they clearly don’t deserve it.

If you order a meal from here and your not spanish, forget about it they are give you ALL RICE and a tiny bit of the entree that you order. But spanish friends who have visited this place dosent have that issue THEY WILL CHATHE YOU ENTREE PRICES AND GIVE YOU ALL RICE. Dont't think I'll be spending my money here anymore they don't deserve it.
Been a customer since 2007. Since I moved to the area. What happened ? The food used to be delicious specially the rotisserie chicken. Today I ordered whole rotisserie chickens and to our disappointment it was plain, and flavorless. FYI not even the sauce helped. My family would devour your food, and today have leftovers.
A few months ago, it was better. The dining experience isn't the same anymore. The flavors are still rich and tasty, but it feels like some of the delicious old dishes are missing.
The food is incredible, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The rotisserie chicken is excellent, and the rice and ribs are also very good.
