Fantastic dinner! Fancy enough for a nice night out, but also kid-friendly. Portions were a great size, especially the prix-fixe menu which included soup/salad, entree and a glass of wine. Butternut agnolotti was delicious. We also ordered the steak, salmon and chicken picatta. Our waitress, Tara, was very friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend! Dietary restrictions: Accommodating Kid-friendliness: Kids menu that wasn't just the typical cheese-covered dishes.
Had the price fix with the mixed greens salad and honey white balsamic vinaigrette. Delicious. It offered a Pairing that with a a few beers or wine, and a choice of salmon, steak or chicken dish. I went with the lemon basil salmon over orzo pasta. Lightly seasoned with tomato and basils. Excellent, our starters were calamari which was prepped perfectly. Nice spot, convenient to the tennis hall of fame and Bellevue Ave with great food.
This is a very friendly restaurant with very good food. We especially appreciated that it was allergy-friendly. My two adult kids were with us and they have a severe dairy allergy. Jo's takes food allergies very seriously and they made us feel very confident that they would be careful with cross-contamination, etc. We all enjoyed our meals and our evening very much.
We arrived 5 10 minutes before our reservation time, but didn't have to wait to be seated. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food and drinks we excellent. They bring hot fresh rolls when you arrive. The clam chowder was definitely fresh and homemade. We had the Steak Frites and Lobster Carbonara both were excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They are so nice! Absolutely ?. The prix fixe menu was a great deal. They also have a system for gluten-free with blue plates so everyone knows they need to be gluten free. Our daughter has celiac and they were very careful. My chicken piccata was great. Nice ambiance. Gluten-free options abound.
I love this place and bring all my guests there. It's the best deal in Newport. Had the same meal I had last time. Clam chowder, salmon with orzo and a glass of chardenay. It is their Sun to Thurs special. My friends loved it too. I continue to support this local Newport restaurant.
