Had dinner here and sat down at the beach to eat. Place is clean and the staff are welcoming. Quiet for 7.30 pm on a saturday night but all the better for the service we received. Partner ordered xo chicken.hot,which i thought it was but he is a man with a stomach of steel and thought it was good.me,one taste and my tongue and i need a fire extinguisher. But it was nice.consisted of fried chicken,onion,veges sambal and oyster sauce. Very large servings in those white takeaway bowls for $12.he enjoyed it and thought the size was pretty decent. I had bbq pork in the chinese box container,always a little deceiving those boxes ,they hold more than you imagine ,so i was pretty full.tomato thin eg...
This place is so busy, I think it's the only noodle joint around. If you want cheap and fast then this is your spot. If you want something with flavor then no. I ordered a noodle dish that had 2 pieces of broccoli in it and I asked for more broccoli - ok she said, $2 extra! Wait what? You kidding me I asked and she said no, $2 extra. I said no thank you then she said she would leave out the cabbage and carrots and only charge me $1 extra. I laughed and said no thanks. Really??Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place but like I said, it's cheap noodles without flavour. (Cheap as in average $12 an order).
The fragrant smell of this place enticed us in. It was quite a busy place around dinner time and we waited around 20 minutes. My husband ordered the Combination Meat and Prawn (as always with no vegetables and extra meat, hence I tried it but didn't eat it because I would have preferred vegetables in it). It was delicious but not enough sauce. Good place for a quick noodle meal.
We were staying in Caloundra on holidays and ordered takeaway Jow Noodles for dinner. All meals are cooked fresh. The food was very fresh and tasty. This restaurant is very popular, which is always a good sign when buying takeaway. Would go back again next time we are on holidays.

Jow Noodles, wow just wow. Excellent food and just amazing value. $13.00 for seafood noodles and more than you can eat. 15 minute wait even when busy. This is a little gem to eat from. Highly recomended for Noodles
This is a popular venue I believe due to portion sizes with a relatively small price the flavours of some dishes are better than others. Usually the quality is quite good.
Tom yum soup? More like water and noodles with some slight lemon flavour. Sorry but tonight's meals for all of my family were disappointing.
Highly recommended authentic Chinese, cheap and good stir fried beef rice noodles and fried rice served by friendly, happy staff.
