I didn't think a sushi place would do well in Brantford, or that the quality would be similar to what I've had in Toronto. It's the same as most sushi places, but what I do like is the ordering system. You have a tablet at your table to select and place your orders. I feel this makes it much faster to get your food. Some things I don't like so much - there is a limited selection in comparison to another chain sushi place in town. Thing I was disappointed in - my 5 y/o had 3 pieces of wonton noodles after saying she didn't want anything. They would not let me pay a la carte for them and charged me child's dinner rate of $17. For three crab and cheese wontons!!!! come on! At least at sushi eight they would have done the a la carte. NOw Joy sushi prices are a few dollars more than previously mentioned establishment...
Almost all our favorite sushi and sashimi, prepared as it should be and served by well trained and attentive servers. The best deal for value is lunch although the dinner does offer a little more, such as Unagi Sushi and some more sashimi but the additional price isn't quite worth it. Typical of an AYCE they limit the Red Tuna Maguro (only served as sushi) and there is no yellow tail hamachi but their other items more than make up for it, The only other miss was no green tea ice cream for dessert. What a delicious experience! One price per person for all you can eat. Very modern buffet! Tables are given an iPad (protected in an Otter Box). Touch the screen to see the items, and order. Food is quickly brought piping hot to the table. So much fun! Delicious food items can be ordered over again, if you like to have more. Everything was delicious, desert for me was the fried banana. I had 2 helpings. The two others with me also had ice cream with their fried bananas.

Stopped there last Saturday, for dinner. It's a lovely restaurant and very clean. The restaurant was very busy. The hostess showedt us how to use the IPad to order our food. We ordered 28 items and all of them were really, really good and tasty. The food is served very fast and hot. You can order and re-order the dishes that you like. It is a fixed price, all you can eat, drinks are extra. We both loved it and will got there as often as we can!
My wife and i do not eat sushi but decided to try this venue and were elated with our meal. The cuisine is amazing with much more then sushi, and ,service, ordering system, price, food selection etc. is beyond amazing. We will be going to this restaurant at least 3 to 4 times a month it's that good..
Went for dinner tonight. The iPad ordering system is great. It is easy to use and allows you to see pics and details. The food came out quickly and was hot. Less selection than sushi 8, but still plenty of choices. A little on the pricey side but will return.
Only problem was there were no dynamite rolls. They only had hand rolls in dynamite. Everything we had was delicious. Enoki beef rolls were a little chewy. The service was excellent and very friendly.

It's hard for me to think of anything that wasn't fabulous. You order on a tablet, the food comes fairly quickly, served cordially, delicious, all of it! You won't go wrong bringing your friends here.
