Although small in size, this restaurant offers warm hospitality, excellent ales, and delicious apple wine. We enjoyed spending a few hours sipping on cider, ale, and cider brandy. This is a must-visit spot in Wells, even for those who don't drink alcohol as they offer non-alcoholic beverages as well. In addition to drinks, they also have a selection of rolls, sandwiches, snacks, and nuts to enjoy. Overall, a fantastic experience!
This restaurant is amazing! It has a laid-back atmosphere that reminds me of enjoying a beer without any pretentiousness. After visiting during a long weekend, I left feeling inspired to recreate something similar at home. It's a fantastic experience and definitely worth a visit.
Came across this little place a few weeks ago. We decided to stop by on Sat eve and sample their ciders. A nice selection to choose from, reasnably priced and nice people! We will be back again thanks for having us.

loves this micro pub. I now enjoy shopping in well maintained and good selection of real ales. very friendly owner who probably also serves the best pork cake in the environment.
There is no music or television at this restaurant, but it boasts a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic variety of local ciders.
