Kabul Afghan Restaurant is a neighborhood gem, the best Afghani food around. This family owned restaurant is truly a rare find. We ordered Mashawa soup which consists of a medley of beans, barley and herbs. It was nourishing and hearty; it's almost a meal in itself. Then we ordered Qualibi Palaw, which had chunks of tender lamb with aromatic rice topped with shredded carrots and raisins, it was incredible! We asked our waiter to pick our dessert, and he served us a bowl of Firnee, which is a creamy almond and cardamom pudding with crushed pistachios. Out of this world! I will be a regular at this restaurant the food is truly amazing, and the service was impeccable.
I have eaten in the restaurant a few times and ordered delivery many times. We are never disappointed! This is my daughter’s favorite restaurant. Their Kofta Chalaw, Aushak, Marsala Murgh, Gulpi Chalaw and Vegetable Sambosa’s are delicious! If she had her way, we would eat there every meal. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
Food is incredible, never had chicken as good as this, lamb was great. Service was quick and attentive, and my coworkers and I couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. Excellent food! The meats are so tender and everything is seasoned so well. We love coming to this restaurant and always enjoy the Montu (Afghan dumpling), Kabob Murgh (chicken) and the Combination Kabob. Everything is just exceptional and filling. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
