This review is for Zippy's Kahala restaurant side. Everything was fine, but I knocked off 1 star because of this: I had their grilled salmon plate in the RESTAURANT side, which was fine, but to compliment it, all they gave me was a pre packaged tartar sauce that comes in a plastic container sealed with foil, which was awful it tasted mainly like corn syrup. I wish they would make a basic homemade tartar sauce or go back to making homemade dill mustard sauce like they did in the 1990's. It's really not that hard, and for the price they charge for their fish plates, they should at least offer a decent tartar sauce that matches the quality of the fish plate, at least in the restaurant, which ch...
Good casual Hawaiian fare. Essentially a Hawaiian version of a east coast diner, where everything you can think of is available to order. From noodle soups, burgers, local Hawaiian, pastries and even spaghetti bolognese, they have it all. I pretty much made sure I kept it local, I just missed out on the moco loco, next time tho. All in all it was delicious food and it didn’t break the bank either. They even had a solid version of an orange Julius which I haven’t had in years.

We came during the Peak Dinner Rush and waiting was not very long, but the restaurant was packed! Our server, Jayden, was very friendly and fast. He made sure it didn't feel like it was a full-fledged dining room. He checked us and made sure our waters were full.

One of the most beautiful Zippy's on the island. However, the service is slow. Had a small order of simple articles and waited for 20 minutes for my food while people who ordered me got their food first.
Delicious comfort food with reasonable price. Garlic steak is delicoius. Nicely decorated and clean. Numerous parking spaces are available. The staff is friendly. Fast service too.
Classic Hawaiian food in a casual environment. Loco Moco is a must get for those visiting for the first time. Fast quality service.... still fast food at the end of the day.
Zippy's is my family's favorite restaurant when in Hawaii. The Chili Moco is my favorite. My wife loves the chili and chicken mix. We love the Chili Speghetti.

Love this place. Lots to eat. Didn't have it on the menu at this restaurant but they definitely can make chili spaghetti and it was good.
Zippy's spends lots of time checking QR code but you really feel safe eating there!
