I've been driving from this place for years and never eaten there. on my birthday, I decided to take my family there to try it, and I am so glad that I did it. the ladies who took care of us were amazing. I have two small children, and they have met their needs. the ladies got chicken and rice, so they almost immediately had to eat so they didn't have to wait. the service was very good. the ladies were friendly and up on it. the beverages were quickly filled and they have often checked us. the best part was eating. from the drinks to dessert and everything in between was so fresh and very tasteful. we do not intend to get dessert, but since everything else was so good, we could not resist an...
I have been there twice. The food was amazing both times. The first time, it was just my husband and I. The waitress was extremely dull and lacks customer service skills. The second time, we got the same waitress. She was rude and unhelpful. We brought our kids, which was apparently a mistake. We got the impression from every employee that they don’t like kids in their community establishment. My daughter was singing and they said she was being too loud. If good food is enough for you and you don’t mind being treated like a nuisance, this is the perfect place. If you have kids, I recommend going somewhere else. I will never eat there again.
I had the entire restaurant to myself on a beautiful Saturday around 1pm. Melanie welcomed and served me very friendly. I ordered the Cake Noodle with pork, and it was amazingly good! Perfect amount of food, very diverse ingredients, and most importantly, most, if not all of the veges came from their own backyard fresh in the morning! You can definitely taste the freshness. I ordered the Mahi Mahi Sandwich and a Mom's cheesecake to go for dinner, and oh my goodness, the fish and the bread were so soft and delicious! Ended my meal with the cheesecake, and I promise you it would leave you a big smile for the rest of the day.
Close to giving 5 stars here but settled at 4 for a few reasons. The hours are funky, so make sure they are open before you attempt to go. The food was very good. I liked the pork more than the chicken as the chicken had a very heavy smoke flavor, a little too much for me. The owner urged us to try the gravy on the park and it did not disappoint! The fruit is amazing as well! The location is very small as well. We had a large party and the only way to accommodate was to sit outside. kaili’s is a jewel, on a quiet, well maintained road that takes it back in time. the owners are hospitable and genuine, and make them feel comfortable. eating is simply amazing and consists of high quality fresh ingredients and prepared for perfection. we went there every day, and it is not only the best restaurant in st george. it is better than any other restaurant we have ever visited.
hawaiian eating to sensible trips, fresh vegetables, good company, to visit a fun, picturesque restaurant. we are often patrons. the owner herb and his family are good locals. ka’ilis is located in the historic center of santa clara, which only adds to the ambiente. their time and their money. the best to make a reservation, but they are good about walk-ins.
The food is very good. I would say prices are ever so slightly above what I would expect to pay for the portions but with that being said I think the portions are just right. When you leave you aren't too full and not too empty. The staff here are super nice. The inside is a little small but there is space outside. It's fun to experience!
came here on a recommendation of a family member and can just become my new favorite restaurant in the st. george area! the Macadamia nuts mahi mahi mahi was so good and came with locally harvested vegetables, some of which are cultivated in front of location (see picture). comes safely back and recommends to get reservations.
