After being burned the last 2 local take out places near me, I finally decided to give another place a go.Pleasantly surprised! The store front doesn't do it justice, and it's in a teeny strip of stores across from the outlets, but very tasty and very fresh. The only knock was the wait, way longer than we expected.Dumplings were light and flavorful, the Mongolian beef was excellent, I've never had sesame shrimp before, SO GOOD, tofu dish was great, and the rice was perfectly cooked. They even make their own soup noodles, the nice fat fresh ones, not the skinny crunchy ones.Definitely my new go too when I can't get Golden Garden in East Meadow.
My first time ordering from the restaurant and they tried to extort money from me telling that I must tip her 5 dollar's extorting money for a delivery! I am reporting this place to Better Business bureau chief for the harassment, this food was so cold that I didn't eat because I felt like they did something to food for questioning the owner for extorting me.. Do not go to the restaurant they're more concerned about the than your satisfaction horrifying experience
I'm giving Kai's Asian restaurant a rating of two because it was my first experience with food delivery. I usually prefer to pick up my orders, and this time I didn't have any cash to tip the delivery driver. He waited for me and asked for a tip, but I had to explain that I couldn’t give one. When he walked away, I saw him throw something at a car parked in front, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the experience was frustrating.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I was truly impressed by the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the service was quick. To top it off, they offer free little donuts with your order! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I order from here very often since its very close to our office.their delivery is very fast. always give us these free donuts (we order like 4~6 portion at once usually). their food is also good
One of the newer fast food Chinese restaurants in the area. Food is consistently good. Precautions that they have taken due to COVID makes me very comfortable to order from them periodically.
This place is great! The owner and their family is extremely friendly too which is nice!We always order more than we need
