Telephone and on-site very pro, very attentive, idem service. The Cheffe visits all the tables to make sure that everything is ok, inform about the little more dishes and wines (provenance, cooking, choice of wines... . We took the menu of the day the eyes closed because we were warmly recommended this restaurant. Tasteful Fario trout, tender beef piece and cottish hair pile, goats country from milk to very strong refinement, delicious smelting apricot salad. Everything was perfect! The delicate little rosé, fresh, in pichet, just what it took. Excellent moment, to renew as many times as possible!
A dinner in love with the kaizacO recommended by our guest house. Well, that was a very good advice. We discovered this address by chance at the end of the little rando D'Aizac that climbs on the volcano. This day it was closed but our instincts to push us to redo the rando with a meal in this establishment for the end. Very beautiful people and a beautiful place welcome us and make us discover a simple and original cuisine, without pretention but with a real search for originality. It works and it matches! The chef is a great professional combining terroir products with spices from all over the world giving us an explosion of flavors. Cherry on the cake the view on the valley is exceptional. It is decided after three passages we will return.
