I normally come during lunch. Try to get here at least 15 minutes before noon, otherwise expect a bit of a wait. It's usually pretty busy, but the servers are quick. The tofu soups are the best of any place I've had nearby and I usually get the spicy chicken or pork as well; the all-you-can-eat sides are really well made and delicious. I stopped ordering triple-spicy (the hottest level on the menu), it's not too spicy for my tongue but it always upsets my stomach.
Having been a regular customer I have noticed that the rice has become mushy and the side dishes are much smaller than before, if you want 5 star go back the way it was. Latest Update. Rice is MUCH better and the portion is EXCELLENT. All the sides are great as well. Only wish they had separate place for phone orders to go instead of having to wait for more than 15 minutes after the order supposed to be ready.
I came to this place and asked for orders to go, kid/water talk to lady standing behind registers, then tell me to go ahead and order on the machine. Never did the server or any offer to help me order my food. I never order food on a machine at this point. I went and went back to BCD Tofu House instead of where they have amazing customers. I'm not going to the place soon.

5 stars! The food is incredible, from the appetizers (banchan) to the main dishes. I’m always happy here. I visited on a Monday during the pandemic, and with only outdoor seating available, it's best to arrive early to avoid long waits. I will definitely be back, as this place offers some of the most comforting food I've ever had.
There?s usually a good amount of people so you may have to wait around 10+ minutes to be seated but the food arrives fairly quick after you order. The food was also very good (especially rice and seafood) and WOULD recommend! The place itself isn?t too bad and didn?t seem to be dirty. Would come here again.
I really enjoy the spicy Kalbi Tofu soup here. They provide Styrofoam cups for the bananas, so don’t forget to ask for refills. I'm also a fan of their icy matcha green tea, which is only $2. I prefer to keep the syrup on the side, allowing you to customize the sweetness to your liking.
This is, without a doubt, the softest tofu soup I've ever had. The tofu practically melts in your mouth, leaving you wanting more. I also really enjoy their other dishes! The sweet aunt who waits on us provides quick service, even though the restaurant is always busy.
