I recently visited the Buena Park location and thought the food was amazing, but let me tell you, the food at this spot is on a whole other level! From the moment you step inside, you can't help but feel your senses come alive with the aroma of spices and flavors that are sure to make your taste buds dance.While the food may be top-notch, I will say that the service could use a bit of improvement. We found ourselves waiting for what felt like an eternity before a server finally noticed us. But hey, when you're serving up food this good, I can understand why they're so busy!Despite the wait, I will definitely be coming back to this spot again and again. The food is just too delicious to pass...
The ripe meat soup (galbi tang) was perfect on a cold night. The restaurant was busy, and many diners seemed to be enjoying their meals. The robot servers were a unique touch, though they sometimes appeared to get in the way of the human servers. Still, the robots delivered exactly what they were programmed to. My soup and the pork ribs were delicious. We also ordered the beef short ribs, which were very flavorful thanks to an exceptional marinade. I’m definitely planning to try more dishes next time. All I gotta say is come try this amazing place! Great food, great customer service and had no issue getting a table for a party of 6. We ordered a little bit of everything and with every new plate came even better food! A few highlights are the short rib beef, seafood soft tofu soup, and do yourself a favor and get their seafood pancake! It was a party celebration so had to order some soju. Good ambiance for a bigger party and even a date if you need a place to go. The unlimited sides was also a nice surprise. Pro tip: every table has a ringer to call a server over. Use that as little or as often as you like. Can't wait to go again!
Came in with the family and order kimchi tofu soup and two hot stone bibimbap and asked for absolutely no meat (cause vegetarians) in the bibimbap. Both came out with meat in them. Told the lady we order them with no meat so she took them back. She took out the meat and brought back the same bowl but there was still meat in them. She was rude to us when we told her that we order no meat and didn’t do anything about it. Will not be coming back here. Price isn’t worth it either. So expensive so they can pay off their robot servers..

This place was very impressive. The service was fantastic. It's not something you experience every day, receiving service from a robot. It was quite entertaining to have a robot bring your food. The food was amazing. My favorite dish was the ribs. They were incredibly flavorful. The dumpling soup was also very enjoyable. I ordered it spicy and it had a nice kick to it. The unlimited side dishes really made the whole meal perfect.
I recommend mushroom soon dofu over the kimchi soup. Even at mild spice level, the former is more flavorful than the latter as spicy-spicy with beef. I also wanted to get out of my rut of ordering Kaju bibimbap, but I still prefer it to the chicken bulgogi version. My favorites are seafood bibimbap and seafood pancake. Unlike the Garden Grove location, this one honored our request for no seaweed on the bulgogi bibimbap.
We came here on a random weekend afternoon to get our fix ? and it sure did fix us. Good service and great food. Plus, it's always a pleasant sight seeing the little Wall-Es beep-booping around delivering kimchi and sides. The Kaju soondubu at this restaurant is typical but good, with plenty of banchan and a flavorful soup base. However, the service was lacking as the servers seemed a bit cliquey and it took multiple requests to get banchan or water refills. They were quick with the check, though. Overall, the food was excellent. 5/5.

Not much different from the Garden Grove location except that this location is larger and there's much more seating as well. Lines can be long but there is a waitlist option available. Service is great and the robotic servers are pretty cool.
