When my wife said hey let's try this new resturant in the West Island called Kale Bacon . My first though what was I going to eat? Well we got there on a Saturday night at 7:30 and the place was busy and the hostess asked if we had a reservation . Which we said no . They did have one table open. The menu has a good variety of tapas style dishes but limited on a meal for one person . We ordered Tuna poke , garlic fried rice, small order of bacon fries, cauliflower wings for 2 people . Fast forward to January 6th, when I received a call at 1:30 AM informing me that my order was ready for pickup since 11:15 AM. I never placed the order again, as it was supposed to be canceled. However, my credit card was charged, and trying to contact someone for a refund has been incredibly frustrating—no one is available to answer.
The first time I tried the Thai Bowl, I found it quite tasty, but unfortunately it wasn't very filling. This time, I ordered it with chicken, and I was really disappointed. The bowl was mostly made up of salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and cabbage, accompanied by some chicken. For $20, it just doesn't feel worth it at all.
Very disorganized. Food was meh...... service was very slow and when we finally got our food we were only 2), they got my order wrong. They were sold out of a few key dishes it was Friday at 1pm). The fries however, are really really good. It's quite pricey for what you get. I won't be back and don't recommend it.

it is a beautiful place and eating is excellent. what was most important to me was the level of customer service. we were made to feel important. ricky was wonderful, the best part of our experience.
Incredible service and delicious food! This was our first time dining here, and it definitely won't be our last! It's a fantastic new addition to the restaurant scene on West Island!
