My guest and I had a very good experience at Kandela. The food and service were excellent. For a new place everything ran smoothly. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, which made us feel comfortable. We ordered the Branzino, Carne Asada, Ceviche, Tacos, and the Chorizo Guacamole. Everything was delicious including the drinks. My only issue was portion size especially for the guacamole, something that is meant to be shared should have been larger. I could have eaten that all by myself and I am not a big eater. It's a little pricey, but I would still go back.
Came to this place and the food was okay. The enchiladas with the green sauce was the best plate out of everything we had. The guac was very small for a $14 appetizer. My salmon was very raw. I did love their piña coladas and will come back for drinks. The service could have been better as no one came to check on us not a single time. Our drinks were done and no one asked if we wanted another drink.Prices are on the higher end. But, I guess that’s everything these days. Had really high expectations for this place. . . That were not met.
I went there for lunch and my meal was very good, I got the “chicken enchiladas with green sauce” and it was good, the fajitas were good too, we also got the salmon medium well and but it was raw.We did get the problem resolved which was good too.We we’re celebrating a birthday and they played happy birthday and gave him a sombrero to wear while everyone sang to him!The waiter didn’t check on us and it took long to get our bill because she just left us waiting for it, which was unfortunate, but the atmosphere is very nice!
Literally love the food here. Best days to go is on Tuesday for taco Tuesday amazing prices. But the female waiters are so rude and rush you no matter how polite you try to be. Been here over 8 times now and it’s never a different situation with the workers so rude. Your best bet is sit at the bar.
Great ambiance and superb service. I got the mahi nahi tacos and they were super yummy. The guac con piña was delicious and the drinks were awesome. Cant wait to go back and try more food!
Food was good. Service good. No chips and salsa at the table(no salsa on the menu). Its like going Italian and theres no bread on the table. Just wrong. Also all Ala cart.
When I ordered. For some reason I got queso with my order. I didn't order that and didn't realize it until I received it. I was charged for queso also by you.
The atmosphere is nice. I had never tried esquites and thought it was delicious. Other than that, food felt average and my fajitas were too salty.
drinks not as good as it looks, food needed more spice, guac had no salt wont be going again.
