Cuisine based on spectacular local products. For starters we ordered black pudding croquette, anchovy toast and salad with mackerel. As an individual dish, Acorn-fed Iberian Pluma, Cheeks and Sirloin. Each of these dishes was incredible, you could notice the difference with the meat we normally eat. The desserts of gin, chocolate coulant and Catalan cream were spectacular too. It is a somewhat expensive place but it is worth going. The girl who helped us (Irene) is a great professional.
