The highlights included their coffee, which is served with real cream instead of the typical pre-packaged options. The coffee service was excellent, although it would be nice to have some available in the waiting area. The staff was fantastic throughout my visit. I enjoyed the omelet; it was fluffy and had a good mix of fillings.
As for the pancakes, they were decent but not remarkable. I might try their specialty cakes on my next visit.
On the downside, a well-liked place means long wait times on the weekends. I wasn't sure if the syrup served with my pancakes was real maple syrup; if it was, it certainly wasn’t the best I’ve had. Although the portion of potatoes was generous, they lack...
We just came back from Katie's kitchen. The wait was only a couple minutes but the service was bad. The food was good but it took 20 minutes to get our order another 20 plus minutes to get our food. My husbands order and my pancakes came out. My omelet came 10 minutes later. The weird thing is everyone else around us got their food before us and we were there first. I went to the owners Mom and told her we love your restaurant but the service was bad. Her response was it's not my fault. We are low staffed in the kitchen. When tried to explain a little she cut me off and said oh yeah I'll tell the kitchen. I was very disappointed. So not like her.
Chic place, clean and modern. I had Country Fried Steak w/ potatoes and scrambled eggs (only available on Saturdays and Sundays). Love it! I tried the Huevos rancheros my friend ordered, it's really good too. I just felt bad to the couple of my friends who ordered the Skirt steak skillet. They got their food Unseasoned., they have to put salt, pepper. And when told Joan the server she said they don't season it because others can't have salt in their food. I don't know first time hearing that they don't season the food.
First time at Katie's and would come back. Came in for a quick brunch service was quick, prompt, and friendly. I ordered the meat lovers skillet and my boyfriend ordered an original eggs Benedict. Both were good, I just felt like the skillet could have been filled a little more. Loved the way they cooked the potatoes! Lots of menu options, vegetarian and healthier options are available. I would come back again.

Went for brunch waited approximately 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a skillet. Apparently they were catering a ??? If you are catering a affair please have enough workers scheduled so the patrons in the dining room don't have to wait. Waitress came out with 2 sandwiches then went back for fries, then went back for skillet and didn't look to happy about working there. Not sure if we're going back.
It was disappointing sorry to say. The breakfast I ordered was really basic and they couldn't get it right. I asked for eggs over medium but they served me eggs with raw egg yoke- twice. The potatoes were terrible. Tasted sweet and not crispy. The service was great. The ambiance was rushed and no one had any melanin.
A reliable and speedy choice for brunch. I ordered a skillet, and it was perfectly adequate, though nothing out of the ordinary. Our waitress was friendly, and the food was served promptly. With a wide variety of menu items, there's something for everyone!
Nice family brunch, decent kids menu. Husband and I both ordered avocado toast. I asked for eggs over medium and they were super runny. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the folks coming around with coffee kept our mugs full.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is delightful. However, I did find a hair in my food, which can happen sometimes. A suggestion would be to tie back hair while working around food. Our server was incredibly sweet!
Quaint restaurant with amazing service. My husband has the huaves rancheros Benedict which was excellent. I had the lemon blueberry pancakes! Omg so good! Delightful servers highly recommend this family Run restaurant
