Visiting my brother in Brooklyn gives me an exciting opportunity to stop at Katou restaurant for some AMAZING “boulettes ” or haitian meat balls. Their black rice and other types of rice is beyond delicious. In fact you can not get any bad food in the little restaurant. Eating food prepared in this restaurant brings excitement and a big smile to my face.
The whoever he is owner or whatever was kind of rude and the guy at the counter where you pay was very unprofessional and rude I asked him a question and he never answered he just sat there on his phone like I dont care until I said something rude to him… will never go there again!!!!!

Consistent.. that's a great ingredient for stability… food may be good or great to diff ppl but they're mostly consistent.
