when i ordered thru phone . they were saying they ran out of rice . so i said that's fine and i asked about what kind of sides do you guys have and the guy with the loud voice said curry . so i told him i will get one . when i came back with the food . they put rices on (which supposed to come out without charge anyway) but no curry .They did charge me on curry i've also paid them 18% tip on top of the final price . I really enjoy the cheese cutlet at this restaurant. It has a generous amount of cheese, just the right proportion of pork, and a crispy, thin batter. It is quite filling for most people. However, the shrimp cutlet is mostly batter, around 75-80%. Although they fry it well, I understand that they cannot offer expensive shrimp at this price point. Nevertheless, the excessive batter makes it greasy and hard to finish. If you enjoy a heavy batter, you may like it. The pork cutlet tastes good, but the ratio of batter to meat is not to my preference. It would be great if they offered a thicker cut at a higher price as I would be willing to pay for that. I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had a meal that cost between $10-20 per person. The food was excellent, I would give it a rating of 5 out of 5. The service was just average, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was also decent, I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Katsu and Wang Donkatsu dishes.

Ordered for takeout — SO good! We got the pork, beef, shrimp, curry, and the other sauce. The sides of rice are huge (plus the meals come with rice, which we didn’t know). The meat was so tender and the crust was so crispy. The pork was truly amazing. The serving sizes are also amazing for the price. Can’t wait to come back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

A hidden gem near the Fort Lee community center and FLPD. Best Donkatsu I’ve ever tasted in the area. Very friendly and courteous staff, clean restroom and no nonsense environment (you clean your own table after your eating) Love this place! 04/14/2022 Update: tried their chicken Katsu today and it was also very delicious

$13 for two big pieces, rice, coleslaw, pickled onion, and sauce. Two people can share! Where are you going to find that with todays prices? First time that I had katsu, had the chicken the breading is very light and non greasy was very tasty. Very friendly staff and service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited the restaurant once and really enjoyed their crispy Katsu cutlets. I would love to go back again in the future. We ordered the Chicken Katsu and Shrimp Katsu, both of which came in large portions at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place for a dine-in lunch option.
