Food and service were great. We had a 20 minute wait on a Friday night. Prices were affordable. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was ok.... the sauce has a little kick (spicy). My husband ordered a chicken and sausage dish and he loved it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti sauce was decent, I did not lot like the meatballs at all and I threw them in the trash. All of the staff were working really hard the entire night to accommodate the guests.
Our experience had a bit of a rough start. When we arrived, we waited quite a bit of time to be seated, as the hostess was responsible for taking phone orders as well as taking payment for pick up orders. Seems like maybe they were short staffed for a Friday night? Once we were seated, our birthday celebration dinner was enjoyable. Our service was timely and the food was exceptional. I tried not to eat my whole entrée but it was too good! We plan to dine there again real soon.
What a treasure! The staff at Kecco’s Woodfire Kitchen are amazingly warm and welcoming, with Dominic and Sophia standing out as exceptional. It’s rare to experience such outstanding service, and they have consistently impressed us. While all the staff are great, we’ve had the pleasure of being served by Dominic and Sophia on multiple visits, highlighting their reliability. Without question, this is the best Italian food you’ll find nearby!
What a gem, very friendly staff, Dominic n Sophia are fantastic. Coupling great food with environment and staff isn 't as easy as it used to be. Well folks, all I can say is Kecco 's has pulled it off with grace. No offense to the rest of the staff,the two mentioned above have been our servers the last several times we 've been in. Antonio brings his heritage to life in every meal at Kecco's Woodfire Kitchen. Although I didn’t sample the pizza, the ones I saw being served to other tables looked incredible. I chose the spaghetti aglio e olio, which was cooked to perfection and elegantly simple, not overmixed. The service was outstanding, and I can't wait to return once the staff returns from their trip to Italy. This is definitely a fantastic new find!
Wood Fired Pizza Oven : Antonio brings his culture to every table. Didn't try the Pizza but they looked great being presented to a neighboring table. The spaghetti aioli is my go to: it was perfectly cooked simple and not over tossed. Will be backafter the Staff returns from a few weeks off in Italy!!! Service was EXCELLENT. Now have a new local go to.
Kecco’s Woodfire Kitchen hosted our company event, and we were absolutely thrilled with the service and the food! The dishes and cocktails were outstanding. Always a solid choice. Aubergine removal is really great, but we were happy with most of the dishes we tried. FYI, take out and dine in the menus are somewhat different.
