I walked in at 7:00pm which was the time of my reservation. There was no one to greet me so I stood and waited for several minutes as staff walked past me and didn't acknowledge me even to say “sorry someone will be right with you”. One of the staff eventually saw me and asked if I had a reservation and if I would like to sit in the bar area even though I selected standard dining in my reservation. Our server introduced herself to us but no extra effort...didn't seem too interested in serving us. She took our orders but my friend's order wasn't what she expected. Instead of bringing her the side of fries/chips the server said that my friend must've misunderstood what comes with the order. We...
Staff are wonderful, fantastic service, great music and the food is amazing.New menu items are tasty and filling. The ladies here are super, Crystal, Kerri Lynn and Carly are the go to girls. Went to dinner recently with a friend and our server Chloe D was fantastic! She checked on us often to make sure all was great, food was quick and tasted good, Chloe was super polite and funny and made our experience amazing! Will definitely be going back for her:
My companion and I both ordered the 8 oz Sirloin steak. We both requested that they be cooked to medium. One steak was perfectly cooked to a medium level, and the other was well done. Otherwise, the meal was fine. We would definitely return again.

I had a rough day so my friends and I went out for a couple drinks. The service was more than what I could have asked for. Ronin is amazing! An inviting atmosphere, that’s for sure! Will definitely be returning.
