I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years, even before their renovation. Every weekend, like clockwork, I would order delivery through their app. However, I stopped ordering coffee five months ago because they insist on putting sugar in it, despite my requests for it to be plain. Now, I'm frustrated with their food as well because they consistently fail to prepare my orders correctly. My wife dislikes cheese, yet they keep adding it to her meals at least 70% of the time over the past five months. Just last weekend, I received two out of three breakfast sandwiches without any sausage. To top it off, the delivery guy insists on seeing me in my boxers even though I specifically requeste...
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space and serves excellent bagels. However, one downside is that the cashiers could do a better job at discouraging line-cutting; instead of saying "I'll help someone," they could ask "Who's next?" to keep things fair. It's true that some customers can be rude. On a positive note, the venue is wheelchair accessible, offering ample space between tables.
This place use to be great. The prices went up and the container size went down. I understand raising prices due to everything costing more but to make the container size smaller too on potatoes is not right. If yo u're gonna pay more you should get the same portion. Double dipping. I just won't order them anymore.
First time customer today. The place was cute and clean. I ordered 3 plain bagels and 3 everything bagels. Got home and had 6 plain bagels. Annoying but nbd. But the bagels I got must have been leftover they were hard and inedible. Waste of time and money. Hopefully it is not the usual.

A Levittown staple. This is the only place that makes bagel, egg cheese sandwiches better than me. It’s a delicious masterpiece every single time. Must order 15-20 mins ahead though because they’re always very busy and good food is worth the wait. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Only ordered two bagels. He forgot what I ordered within seconds and at least I was as a customer was nice enough to say thanks have a nice day. No response
I absolutely adore this place and the owners! I remember when they first opened, and it's been wonderful to see how they've grown.
