I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. Unfortunately, yesterday was the final straw for me. I placed an order for two pizzas over the phone for pick-up. However, when I arrived, I was dismayed to find that I had to wait in a long line behind customers who had not even placed an order yet. The sign clearly stated that my order was ready, but I was forced to wait along with everyone else. This policy is not only frustrating, but it also resulted in my pizzas being cold by the time I finally received them.
I went to this restaurant with a friend. I ordered the stromboli, which was tasty but the portion was smaller than I anticipated. My friend ordered a buffalo chicken sub, but there was too much buffalo sauce on it which made it too tangy. He also felt that it was overpriced for the quality of the food. Overall, we didn't feel like we got good value for the money we spent compared to other restaurants in the area.
I ordered dinner directly from the restaurant at 5:52. They called at 7 to say the food would arrive in 10 minutes. By 8, the driver claimed to have left our food at our door, but we never received it. We were told to wait 2-3 days for a refund, leaving us with no dinner. The manager was supposedly in the restaurant, but unavailable to speak with us. Very disappointing experience.
Their loaded buffalo chicken fries pizza calls to me every so often. It's incredible. Always so filling. And the cooks are just the nicest guys.

Yordana's II is ran by the nicest people. They make all the food with their heart and you can honestly tell. You have to try this place!
I am so excited that there is now a second location near my new place. I ordered a cheese steak with fries and it was made perfectly.
Nice people but the food wasn't as good as the first time we went.Guess it depends on who's cooking.
