Server mumbled, didn't greet anyone, acted annoyed. Random computer printed signs. All windows covered in ads. Tables dirty. Music in kitchen and dining room were different so it was weird having 2 different things playing at the same time. Not offered sauces. Food was plopped in front of me without saying anything. It seemed like I was an inconvenience for just existing.After submitting this review I saw the other reviews. For 15 hrs this place has gotten the same complaints. Clearly they don't care and their customer base for some reason tolerates the poor service. Maybe they don't realize they deserve to be treated better? They charge more than other KFC locations. I'm not sure where they came up with the hidden charges that were added to my order. The original amount I was going to pay changed after the manager whispered something to the cashier, and we ended up being charged about $20 more. The fries and chicken sandwich were old. You might have to argue with the manager for taco sauce or to return items if they mix them up. They were also quite rude and a bit arrogant.
I visited the drive-thru recently and mentioned that during my last few visits, I received a biscuit that was hard as a hockey puck. Unfortunately, what I got this time was also a hockey puck. I asked to speak with the manager, but she was quite rude. I explained that I wasn't looking for anything in return—I just wanted to make them aware that if a customer makes a request, it should be taken seriously. Overall, her attitude was very unprofessional.
Please!!! Not eat here this place is gross I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my food I see a huge rat one pass and when I wanted my money back they would not give it back.. and then I saw the fat Mexican lady the manager digging in her nose and then take money from the drive-through and when I pointed it out she kicked me out the restaurant. Never eat here if you want KFC go to Renton!!!!!!

This place is the absolute worst!! They never have chicken! They are known for their original recipe but I've been here 4 times in the last month they have had none! They stop cooking chicken at 7pm AND THEY CLOSE AT 10PM!! Terrible!! If I could give them NO stars I would! I will not be returning to this place again.
Place is top notch in Flavor of chicken. Excellent freindly service. Really clean place. Convenient location. Lots of free easy parking. Price are good when combined with mailed couponsKFC keep the standards high. Thank you
The pot pie was ready before I even received my change. When I opened it, it looked golden and delicious, and the crust was enjoyable to eat as well. Great job, KFC!
Charged for a combo meal, given a drink and told that's all it come with for $13 train your employees or hire smarter people and stop ripping people

Went there 4/9 ordered 10pcs variety dark. I got home and it turned out all of them are so small. Like forreal. Never coming
The people here don't clean anything and the food comes out wrong almost every time I've ordered.
