I apologize for giving a low rating. As a delivery driver, I had to wait 50 minutes to pick up my order, and I only earned $3 for it. I won't be accepting any more orders from this KFC. They seem to prioritize walk-in customers, and the customer service is lacking. The staff works very slowly, and I've noticed that when I pick up from other fast food places, the food is typically ready much faster.
I'm sorry to rate you low, I'm a dasher because to receive an order I had to wait here for 50 minutes and the amount I received was $3 for this order, I will not take this KFC order. They almost only serve customers who come to buy on the spot, the customer service attitude is very poor, the staff works very slowly, and when other fast food stores arrive, the food has already been prepared.
I was very disappointed with the takeout meal I received. I ordered a three-piece chicken tenders meal but got three flat, small pieces of chicken instead. The fries were decent, and the biscuit was delicious as always. However, the chicken was not worth the $13.95 price tag, particularly in terms of size and quality. Additionally, I didn’t receive the dipping sauce I had requested.
