Not one container was full, even the Famous Bowl. There was NOTHING tender about the tenders as they were hard, chewy, thin, and half the size of any other KFC. The fries were half empty and soggy. The coleslaw was also half empty and WARM! (I took it out of the bag as soon as the girl put it in with all the hot food, drove home with it in front of the air conditioner, and it was still warm and nasty! I got 2 root beers, and both taste dirty, and I think no one cares to clean or change the syrup or carbonation. Not one employee smiled, or seemed to like their job. I went to order takeout and was unfortunately met with a piece of metal wire embedded in my chicken. This completely ruined my appetite and made it impossible to enjoy my meal. When I returned to discuss the situation with the manager, I was met with a lot of resistance. No one should have to experience service like this or find metal objects in their food. Additionally, I noticed that the cooks do not use gloves while handling raw meat, which raises serious concerns about cross-contamination.
My husband ordered their $20 box, and I was really looking forward to it because I was starving. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed. The biscuits were cold and hard, and the chicken was a whole different issue—it was tough, tasteless, and inedible. It seemed like it had been sitting out all day. To top it off, the chicken poppers—only six of them—were also terrible. I will never eat there again.
I placed a mobile order not too long ago only to find out they closed at 9:00 for some sort of reason instead of 10:00. What a waste of time and convenience. I hope they refund my money.

Order a bucket of chicken and end up with a piece of wire stuck to the chicken crisp. Appetite went away after seeing this, not letting me enjoy the rest of my food.
Family meal probably best deal but it's still $20 for 6pc chickens, 4 Sides, and 4 Biscuits. No drive thru here. Share parking lot with a Gas station.
