Ordered click and collect, and as per usual items missing from the order, sides incorrect. Sorted out in store what we noticed( was lunch order with 9 meals), however once we got home found other errors in the order but by this point wasn't driving back. Store really needs to get this sorted as it been ongoing issue for several years but we stick with it as it's our local takeaway.
I normally use Kfc valley drive often, however I don’t see myself going again. I was given raw chicken TWICE!!!! I bit into my chicken and noticed it was raw. I took a picture and spoke to the manager who replaced my order the next day however, much to my disappointment the chicken was raw again !!!
STEER WELL CLEAR. Spent £30, waited over an hour for my delivery, got cold food, half the order was missing and what they sent was wrong. They promised to send the missing food but didn’t then just didn’t pick up the phone. I’d give them 0 stars if there was an option.
Why can’t KFC sort out their delivery service for their restaurants!!!!! It must be majority of their sales. We are now 2 hours past delivery time it says delivered on the app and unable to call and speak to anyone at kfc. Absolute joke Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered a takeaway from kfc Valley drive Gravesend on the 30th September at 5.45pm and I didn't receive it until 7.45pm and all the food was **** freezing. I advise no one to have food from them there rubbish.
To be this bad is a different type of skill, management need to be sent back to infant school to learn the basics, almost funny how absolutely, ridiculous the service is. Imbarising at the highest level
Ordered with KFC Online delivered by Deliveroo. The order came with only 1 portion of chips when there should have been 3. It would be a shock if they got the order right. Always get short changed.
