This KFC experience was really quite poor, the service was abysmal! The woman behind the counter was quite rude and seemed to get more and more agitated as we were ordering, when she asked what sides we wanted she was very rude when we asked what the sides were and we didn’t even get our sides!! After we ordered i went to use the bathroom because we had been in the car for a while, when i went in the smell made my eyes water!!! The urinals were both clogged and visibly filled with urine even with the staffs clear effort to avoid cleaning by covering them with black bags
No staff, avoid this place. We waited 10 minutes at the till, and the staff were in the back talking and just ignored us, they didnt even greet us when we entered to let us know they were busy or that it would be a wait, which would have been fine. Instead we were just made to feel like they didn’t want to serve anyone so we left and went elsewhere. The drive thru was empty and so was the restaurant, bar one couple in the car park. Clearly a strange place which I would never go back to.
Why do they advertise on the windows 4.00am close then at 22.55 the doors are locked. Disgraceful, and when staff people blame the fact that that they cannot get staff, and say we are to busy to talk/answer your questions..... Should be closed down permanently.. staff avoiding question and closed 5 hours before they advertise.. on thier windows ffs.. do not visit and hopefully it will close downfor ever
Picking up order including 8 x hot wings and could hear staff asking for the hot wings. I am then given my order and ask the person at the counter if my hot wings are there and he told me they are in the bag. Get home and missing the hot wings. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A PLACE, not the first time missing food from order but definitely the last.

Never had any problems or bad experiences. Food is always amazing. Not too keen on the new chips though thats my only downfall. Also would be great if they could sell the bbq chicken bites all the time instead of only on a limited time. Also bring back the double down as that was amazing.
Fast food???? You are having a laugh They couldn’t be bothered taking the food out for the car in front of me so they had them waiting at window for 25 minutes after the car in front left they manage to get 3 cars one straight after the other no problem has got to be the worse kfc ever
This KFC has gone down hill so bad I would not go back, we always buy the boneless feast because of the chicken it’s fresh and succulent but not today it was dried out and extra small. The beans had no sauce left and chips were cold and half filled. Safe your money and go elsewhere.
Why has no KFC tea or coffee? Every kfc you visit it’s the same no tea or coffee. Have tried nearly every KFC in Glasgow and surrounding areas and no tea or coffee. This has been going on for well over a year and reading English reviews it’s the same story

Worst kfc I have ever been too,waited about 20mins to get cold food,staff and manager rude and clueless,place disgusting needs a good clean.....save ur money folks stay well clear.
Drive through omg don’t bother you will be waiting for 30 min staff are so rude so slow disgusting behaviour just read the reviews wish I’d did this before
