Every time I go to KFC at 287 Westmore in Daly City, I consistently end up with the wrong order. Both the manager and a cashier named Jared have made errors. The cashier frequently makes mistakes, and I've noticed that many other customers have voiced similar complaints. The morning staff are great, but the Chinese lady manager is often rude and makes errors as well. It seems they need additional training, as they appear to lack the necessary knowledge. I have waited at the counter for over seven minutes while the manager ignored customers. As someone in a leadership position, I expected her to check the receipt details rather than just assume I had paid $9.99. I also observed that she appeared somewhat annoyed when she went to the back to get my dollar. Although she apologized for the situation, she shifted some of the blame onto her staff, which did not reflect well on her leadership. A good leader should take responsibility for customer experiences instead of deflecting it.
Since she did make an effort to apologize, I chose to give this experience two stars instead of one.
The dine-in option at this restaurant is frequently unavailable, often due to technical problems. Many customers prefer to enjoy their meals on-site rather than taking them home, but they are often left disappointed. Furthermore, there tends to be a shortage of staff at the front desk, resulting in generally slow service.
i don't go often but it looks amazing on the inside! my favorite thing is the chicken sandwich combo with the special sweet lightning mountain dew, i got it with a side of mac and cheese which was really good, 5/5

The young woman who took my order was both efficient and friendly, always wearing a smile. I was impressed by how clean the dining area was. My order was taken quickly, and there was no delay in receiving it.
Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. I ordered 24 nuggets but only received 12, and I didn't realize the mistake until I got home. By then, it was too late to fix it.
During my trip to Omaha, I decided to drop by for a quick bite. The raspberry tea and fried chicken were both exceptional! I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area again.
I had an amazing experience at this KFC. Everyone was so kind and helpful with all the questions I had. I have went to multiple KFCs and this one is the better one in the area.

Worst KFC by far! If you coming here, order from the Taco Bell side. Mash potatoes has no flavor and the gravy is like water! I would go to Popeyes or another location
