Stopped here today for a quick small meal my experience was not great. First they had a problem with change. So I made it easy for them by giving them the exact amount which seems to be a big problem. This ended up taking several minutes to fix. Food is decent , staff is the worse. There is nothing worse than visiting an establishment to get greeted with a nasty tone in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident, it happens repeatedly. It's as if you went to someones home unexpectedly andrequested chicken using their ring doorbell. To top it off I requested all dark chicken. I was informed it would be a 30 minutewait..I agreed to wait and was asked to pull around. To my surprise the employee brought the chicken out as I was parking . Iget home to find out there are dark pieces on top with all white on the bottom. Is good honest service too much to request when12 pieces of chicken is $27.00 ?? Is a warm greeting too much to mus...
I ordered all dark meat chicken and was informed it would take about 30 minutes. I agreed to wait and was asked to pull forward, but to my surprise, the employee brought out my order while I was still parked. When I got home, I discovered that there were only dark pieces on top, with white pieces underneath.
Is it too much to expect decent and honest service when spending $27.00 on 12 pieces of chicken? Shouldn't I also expect a friendly greeting from employees who depend on customers to keep the business running? It seems the staff at this Sinclair-Lan location do not share that sentiment.

Drive thru was slow as hell and the line was extremely long. I was told to wait in front for my order and that took 35 minutes. I had to go back through the drive thru to let them know I was still waiting because at 1 p.m. the doors where locked. As I told the young lady how long I was waiting and still no food it almost seems that they even forgot I was waiting. Get all the way home and the order for one of my items was not right. I never again in life will go to this kfc!!!
I ordered through Door Dash and they informed my driver that they were out of something I ordered but do not allow substitutes for items so they had to cancel my order completely. When DoorDash tried to call to ask what item they were out of they did notanswer, so I couldn?t even re-order it get anything else. So now I?ve been waiting over and hour for food and have to findsomewhere else to order form all because they can?t substitute and item.
The parking lot was rather dirty. The service left much to be desired, as I waited for 22 minutes at the host stand. The staff seemed to move at a slow pace. The young woman at the drive-thru window looked disheveled and could have used a shower.
I havent been to this place in over a decade! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient it was run. My food order was correct, fresh, hot and delicious! I was in the drive thru line for no more than 5 mins. You can't beat that!

I could not order online, went there today. the door was closed, not sure why did they do that. order 12 pieces fried chicken from the through. the guy said it was $26. I didn't even buy it.
Great food. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Every time I come anywhere near Baltimore I stop to this restaurant. The food here beats anything on the Eastern Shore hands down.
