I visited this KFC location yesterday and ordered the famous bowl combo. When I asked the woman at the counter for the new buffalo ranch sauce advertised on the window as I paid, she completely ignored my request. Later, a man handed me my food and asked if I wanted ketchup. I declined and asked again for the buffalo ranch sauce. He told me he couldn’t give it to me because I hadn’t ordered the correct meal for that sauce. Surprised, I asked if I could at least have one sauce packet, but he rudely said he was low on stock and couldn’t spare any for someone who ordered tenders. He continued to argue over a single packet, which felt very unprofessional. Frustrated, I decided to leave.

Horrible place; they are not using any ingredients from the original KFC, all locally baked nasty salty chicken, just using the brand name. Quality of the chicken is poor and if you order non spicy chicken it is just nasty and spicy too has the same oddtaste. The price is too heavy and the customer service is poor!! Someone from food and safety must inspect this place andpenalize them for selling local foods under a branded name, cheating the public.
Chicken was not salty or greasy. Very good deal of 10 piece leg and thighs only for $17.99. I took one star off because the employees ask what sauce I wanted but then come back and say chicken don't come with sauce. I don't know why they asking me topick sauces. Also parking lot is small and hard to come out since there is heavy traffic at this location.
It's KFC, so you know exactly what to expect, and if you enjoy their chicken, you won't be disappointed. The pieces are typically large, looking and tasting fresh—some were even juicy, which is not always common at other chicken places. The restaurant is fairly small with limited seating, but the drive-through is fast and rarely crowded.

I ordered three pieces of the original chicken along with coleslaw and extra Nashville sauce, but instead, I received a dry bun and mashed potatoes with gravy. After fasting all day, this was the only option I had nearby. It appears that the restaurant prioritizes drive-thru speed over accurately fulfilling customers' orders.
I ordered it from uber iss I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and they gave me 1 they won't even answer the phone. 1 meal came and that was bad place never again order here
Last night, I ordered a 12-piece chicken bucket from KFC, but they only gave me 10 pieces. I was disappointed, especially considering the menu clearly lists 12 pieces.
The nuggets were overcooked and probably shouldn’t have been served. Usually, the food is very good, but this time it was disappointing.

Food is the usual tastiness. Staff quick to take order, collect your money and have you wait for your food.
After 12 years without junk food, this tasted exactly as I remembered.
