I ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken tenders at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were very soft and almost inedible, tasting as if they had been microwaved the day before. The biscuits were chewy and clearly not fresh. Overall, the meal was disappointing and worse than leftover KFC. It seemed like it had been sitting out for hours before being served to me. I wish I had heeded the other negative reviews and skipped this KFC.
Came here for a quick snack.. The drive thru was empty so it clearly wasnt busy. I ordered a large mash potato with a drink. The woman constantly asked me to repeat my order and then waited about 8-10 minutes just to get my food. Got home thinking I had mymash but it turned out to be mac and cheese. They didnt even give me or ask if i wanted my receipt. Very upset.
Ordered a few items online to be delivered from Wantagh location. Delivery was prompt. One of the meals?12 piece nuggets was inedible! Literally?each piece hard like a rock. No phone pickup. Left two messages on an answering machine to have my cardcredited. No response.
The person taking orders at the menu board was extremely rude. They were unable to communicate properly and when they did speak, their attitude was very disrespectful. It was a disappointing experience dealing with this individual.
