They give you a time for when your order should be ready, but when I arrived 3 minutes after that time, my food wasn't ready. I had to ask about my order, and the staff told me to wait while they served someone who was ordering in person. It seems like it's faster to just go inside or use the drive-through to order, as online orders aren't given priority at this restaurant.
