I had a disappointing experience at a KFC on October 12, 2022, at 9:30 PM. The staff were rude and appeared uninterested in serving customers. They told me they would be closing at 10 PM since it was a weekday. To my disappointment, they had run out of fries because they had already turned off the deep fryers, even though they are supposed to stay open until 11 PM. The only options available were dark meat, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again. I would advise caution if you decide to visit.
I just got my KFC order via UberEats, and it was completely incorrect. I had ordered three chicken sandwiches and two Chicken Littles with fries, but instead, I received a box of chicken. As soon as it was handed to me, I knew it wasn’t my order, but the driver wasn’t able to assist with the error. I understand busy times happen, but accurate order fulfillment is crucial, especially since we pay extra when ordering through services like DoorDash and UberEats.
I ordered two meals, but they forgot the sides for the first one. The Pepsi tasted awful. This KFC really should consider shutting down. The staff at this location seem disinterested and overwhelmed with just a few customers. Don't waste your time here; I’ll be going to Popeyes from now on. I'm tired of spending money at subpar restaurants just because they’re nearby.

the first time that the worst fried chicken of kfc, it was over fried, hard and chew, and not the sweet tee that was ordered with it. Guess this place will never improve, for 8pcs drums and upper legs ordered and get breast also in it, top of it they throw the cookies on top without box and above it the coleslaw salat. it is better to report this to hq.
The drinks they offer are basically just water, the staff is unfriendly, and all the chicken was undercooked. The large fries were mixed in with the small ones, and everything was terrible except for the mac and cheese, which was the only edible part of the meal.
This is the best fried chicken I've ever tasted! They also have purple Kool-Aid and watermelon, which you definitely need to try.
Marlene at the drive-thru was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. We wish to meet more individuals like her in every profession.

Fantastic service! There was no food left, so we took a 10-minute trip to enjoy the eight tender chickens.
