THIS IS THE WORST KFC WE ATTENDED. THEY TRY TO ROB YOU WITHOUT A GUN. TWO DIFFERENT INCIDENTS THERE. CAME IN THERE IN ORDER SOMETHING FOR ME AND ONE OF THE BOYS AND THE MANAGER CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY ON MY BILL. I ASKED HIM WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR A DONATION WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST, HE THEN PROCEEDED TO REACH IN THE REGISTER AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SECOND INCIDENT HAPPEN A COUPLE DAYS AGO, I SENT ONE OF THE BOYS TO PICK UP THREE ORDERS OF THEIR NEW SPICY WINGS WHICH WAS $4.99 A PIECE WHCH SHOULD OF COME TO $14.97 PLUS TAX. I had bad experiences on this location, last one I was at the drive thru wait for a good 10 mins no body come to assist me, if I didn't pull over to the window no one will tell me the store is close, people working there have to get some lessons in costumer service.
Although the staff was good. The food portion wasn’t ..8 piece nuggets were more total like 6.5 and the soda Dr. Pepper was mostly Seltzer…portions are not consistent and for the price, it’s uncalled for.
This location had fallen off big time. It's just more convenient than going further down on Boston Road or into Mt. Vernon (which is a way better location).

They need more staff. So you have to be patient with the workers who had to take your order and pack your order before taking another order.
The wait was long, They left off one of my orders however the chicken tasted very close to the Jamaican KFC
The manager on duty was not very friendly at all. Was not accommodating and very dismissive.
