I consistently give this KFC five stars every time I visit. It's practically the only quick-service KFC in Sacramento. As a delivery driver, I've never had to wait more than a minute for my orders. The team is always efficient, prompt, and friendly. Thanks for the excellent service! I wish other KFC locations, where wait times often reach 20-30 minutes, could learn from your quick and smooth operation.
KFC has definitely declined. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. Over the past two years, the staff often gets my orders wrong. I'm looking for a better place to get chicken to-go. Any recommendations?
We've always been fans of KFC; we enjoy their flavorful meals! However, today, five of us ordered $56 worth of buckets, but the chicken was so dry that none of us could eat it. We won't be ordering again.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. Even though they were close to closing time, they made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond.
The staff at this restaurant were unfriendly, which made me feel unwelcome. I don’t intend to return to this place. If I could, I would give it half a star.
