Was here several months ago and had good food service. Decided to stop again while in the area. Wife's order 2 piece breast wing was wrong. No wing. Guy at the counter made a comment to the fact he didn't know what we ordered with the receipt inhis hand. Individual servings of mashed potatoes gravy was obviously prepared hours before the potatoes had taken on thebrown color of the gravy. Not at all appetizing. Don't know what happened between our visits for it to go that far off track.With all the options in the area I won't bother going back to find out.
The three-piece meal would be much better if it actually included three pieces, rather than just one wing and a thigh. It would also be nice to have napkins included in the order for the drive home. I would appreciate being offered one or at least asked if I wanted one. It's frustrating to think about how to file a complaint without any proof of what I purchased. With gas prices being what they are, I really don't want to drive back just to get what I was supposed to have received in the first place.
i came through the drive through around 1:40 nobody was in line it looked like the store was closed tbh. the lady rushed me to take my order. we had 2 big box meals a famous bowl meal and a fry i ordered an additional famous bowl but the lady didn’t ring it in. she told me my total before i was even done with my order. i work for fast food myself and never would i treat a customer like this. the chicken was hard and corn was disgusting. never coming back here ??
Disappointing experience. I placed my order ahead of time and even called to confirm that the food was ready. Upon arrival, I was informed that it had never been cooked, despite being assured otherwise. Didn't have food nor proper management on staff to keep what few employees they had to do there jobs. They were very rude and was even making fun of the guests. they were laughing at the fact people were getting upset about there service and lack ofmanagement. I would shun this place
My husband went through the drive-thru and brought home an 8-piece meal extra crispy, which included mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, and biscuits. It was tasty, but they added pepper to most of the dishes, so be cautious if you have any allergies! #pepperallergy
I experienced very poor customer service. It seemed like the staff didn't want to serve anyone, as they completely ignored me at the drive-thru window. When I went inside, they all vanished! I've never encountered anything like it. It’s quite disappointing.

Sandra informed us that she needed to take a break for personal reasons. However, she did not wash her hands after using the restroom. Additionally, it took 15 minutes for us to place our order.
